Steel Mace Vinyasa with Shannon Wheeler

An all-levels class combining the ancient tool of steel mace with yoga and functional movements. Build strength, increase mobility, improve coordination, and deepen your mind-body connection. The mace's unbalanced load challenges stability, increases range of motion, and fosters functional strength. We'll prime the joints, learn the movements, condition the muscles, and finish with a weighted flow. This class complements our restorative, rowing, and strength classes. everyBODY is welcome.
